Notice of the Annual General Meeting for FC Northwest Inc.

Monday, April 30th, 2018 at Garden City CC.

Registration beginning at 6:30 PM

Meeting Commencing at 7:00 PM

To FC Northwest District Community Center Presidents & Soccer Conveners.

We've tried numerous times in the last few years to have a successful AGM, however quorum could not be reached. If you can, please make this a priority event on your calendar and if you cannot make it, please exercise the use of having a proxy appointed to represent you on April 30th.

• President’s letter - outlines the by-laws related to quorum and the use of the proxy form. 

• Proxy form - Please use if 2 representatives from your community centre (soccer convenor and president) cannot make it to the AGM. Please send questions to

• Nomination form (deadline April 16th, 2018) - Both a self nominated and 3rd party form are attached. Please feel free to nominate those who are interested or pass on the form and encourage those interested in becoming a director. All board positions will be voted on at the AGM (if we reach quorum). 

• Motion form (deadline March 31, 2018) - The AGM gives opportunity to motion for changes to the bylaws or constitution.

2018 Outdoor Registration * NOW OPEN!*

2018 Outdoor Registration will run until Noon, February 20th.

As a reminder, you MUST register the player in their specific birth year.

          Note: This is regardless of what division the player may have just competed in.

































FC Northwest will be offering 2 different payment options.

1)   Full Payment

2)   2 Payments via a pre-authorized credit card *

a.    Initial Payment due at Registration (Open until February 20th @ Noon)
(U9/U10 $250.00 & U11/U12 $275 & U13-U17 $300.00)

b.    1st Installment due on May 1st 2018
(U9-U17 $275.00)


All registration and payments will need to be completed via Goaline. Goalline will accept: Debit, PAYPAL*, MasterCard & Visa


*YOU MUST HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT & CLICK THE BOX TO ALLOW RE-OCCURING PAYMENTS. Time payments are subject to action in the event that a payment is not made or if it is late; this may result in the loss of privilege next season and/or player cards being revoked.


Important Notes:

-Registration is ONLINE only

-Registration is run until February 20th, 2018 at Noon.

-Anyone calling the office to register after February 20th, 2018 will be processed as a late registration; players will still be able to register on-line through Goalline and an automatic $50 late fee is applied through the system.
